This winter our team has been busy not only in the engine shop, but also in customer’s locations: our colleagues embarked on a mission to perform on-wing repair – boroblending – for CFM56-7B engine at a Customer location in Madrid. 
The team has returned the engine back to service in the shortest possible time, especially now, when each flight for operator counts.​
On wing support helped the Customer to avoid unscheduled engine removal and the need for engine spare parts; it has also saved time and costs as the engine shipping to repair facility was not needed – and it did prevent delays in flight schedule.
