In 2024, Magnetic Engines’ Tallinn workshop has successfully completed high-pressure turbine (HPT) blade replacements on seven CFM56-7B engines – take a look at the process!

Each blade replacement followed Special Procedure 002, allowing us to complete the blade swaps without removing the HPT Rotor from the assembled engine. This approach, paired with pre-ground blade sets, enabled our technicians to achieve a turnaround time of just 8 days.
